Match report On a damp wicket, Captain Calamity had no hesitation inserting Bishops Stortford, and was soon rewarded as both Edwards and Leaver bowled magnificent opening spells, Edwards purring like a sports car, Leaver chuffing in like an old steam train. BS struggled to overtake the overs with the runs, and only succeeded in the 24th over, before Albon started a bewitching spell of quality spin bowling which bought him 4 wickets, Akbar bowled well also and BS limped to 106-8 off their 45. Akbar and Rob Plinfton opened the batting and didn't look in any trouble at all as they eased to a 10 wicket win, with Akbar dismissing the bowling to all parts including a lovely ramp shot over the keepers head, meanwhile Plinfton was at the other end..........all in all a very comfortable victory
