Match report (note from BC: as you can probably tell, Potter wrote this. I cant be bothered changing it so I am just going to apologise)

Potter brought up his first ton of the season in dramatic fashion away at Elsenham on Sunday!!! Dave Strange gave the signal that Potter needed 17 off the last over to reach the magical milestone. The first ball of the over was dispatched into the near field for 6,the second was placed for 4 and good running off the third gave him another 2,the next ball being a dot ment Potter needed 5 off the last 2 balls,But the pressure did'nt show as the youngster blasted another 6 to reach 100 for the first time in nearly a year.The Asps innings got off to a poor start though.Devonshire 0 and Robinson 6 put the home side in control.Clifton 56 not out and Thomas 16,who is improving with every game steadied the ship before Potter came in and showed some class that even Statto would of applauded.Both batsman working the ball around the big ground scoring 212-3.
After tea the Asps bowlers bowled very well with Robinson and Lewis Fitz keeping things tight.The Elsenham openers rode their luck with Potter and Devonshie spilling chances,Potter went off injured from spilling his but returned later on as did Thomas.Finally the breakthrough came,a good catch from Devonshire,and Albon took 2 more soon after.Ben Surrey's good form continued as he got a wicket too.Despite losing no more wickets the Elsenham batsman never really made a effort to chase the score down with Asps winning by 15 runs.
