Match report ASPCC's first Herts and Essex Observer League game ended in a comprehensive victory for ASP. After winning the toss ASP lost Booth early on before Michael Strange(101) and Simon Groom(87) put on a club record 164 for the second wicket. Good runs down the order from Matt King(31*) and Steve Patmore(25*) pushed the score to 282-4 and the skipper scored his first runs of the season before running himself out. In reply Stansted Hall had no answer to the pace and bounce of Ben Sapsford as he picked up 5 wickets all caught either by the keeper or slips. Miles Thompson chipped in with 3 wickets as Stansted Hall crumbled to 62 all out.
