BOWLING: More air than a zeppelin. Brilliant on caught and bowled chances. May 2008 becomes the sixth ASP bowler to pass 100 wickets. 6-15 against Walkern, best ASP figures in four years and the 5th best ever figures for ASP. 50+ wickets in 2009, only second player to achieve this. September 2009 passes 200 wickets for club

BATTING: Gritty and determined. Hasn't left a straight one for quite some time. Now specialising in scoring in front of square. See Collingwood.

FIELDING: Brilliant anywhere and the safest hands north of London. Mr 100%

CAPTAINCY: Seen as the ideal medium to long term solution for the club as a whole, as combines the flair, ability and motivational and coaching skills to gel a mix more fractious than the West Indies.

Batting: Can hit a decnt innings every now and then. Can be a big hitter down the order on Saturdays. More 50's and The magical Ton hopefully on the way.

Bowling: Part time Sunday bowler. It doesn't matter how you get them, it still goes down in the book as a Wicket. Can bowl some nice spells off 'spin'. Only spinner brave enough to bowl down the hill.

Fielding: Started Keeping this year. 19 league catches this year & minimal byes. Loving it. Takes catches on Sunday's as well. Decent Slip fielder & Mid on / mid off.

NICKNAME: Bingo

BATTING: Reminiscent of Colin Milburn in his pomp. Big hitter and extremely dangerous when he gets in.

FIELDING: Top gloveman with stumpings a speciality. Intimidating presence at silly mid off when not keeping wicket.

NICKNAME: Carruthers, 'ruthers.

BATTING: Stylish left hander. Solid in defence and an elegant cover driver.

FIELDING: Normally to be found lurking at mid wicket or in the covers. Safe pair of hands when required.

NICKNAME: Bert, Crouchy, Yoda, Bee-keeper.


BATTING: Opener. Solid defensive technique. Majestic stroke player, very much a non-slogger


BOWLING: like a deodrant can - sprays it everywhere. becoming one of the faster bowlers of the youngsters.


FIELDING: Solid mid off.
Another member of Potter's fab 5. keen as anyone. Always helps out off the pitch to. Being groomed as the future captain.

BATTING: Destructive middle order strokemaker and consistent run getter. Best shot - The Leave.

FIELDING: Has been known to pounce in the covers but nowadays tends to leave that to the younger members of the team.

Erratic batsman, even moreso as a bowler and occasional keeper as needs arise...thankfully rarely for all concerned as he has trouble with Potter's fast ball!

BATTING: Occasionally flatters to deceive but can be relied upon in a crisis.

BOWLING: Tall with a very high arm action. Can produce Garneresque lift on hard pitches and can perform well on most types of grass.

BATTING: Good eye and highly effective hitter down the order- just ask Little Hadham.

BOWLING: A confidence bowler with a fantastic outswinger.

FIELDING: At times acrobatic with one of the safest pairs of hands around.

best player to ever have graced the legendary green with his presence, he's that good he doesnt even need to play......oh and the best looking aswell, male model of the team by all accounts.

BOWLING: Keeps improving every year. A crucial member of the league team with terrific control of line and length. BATTING: Potential for runs down the order. FIELDING: Good ball stopper, save pair of hands and a good arm.

BOWLING: Potential to be the divisions best seamer if he could be persuaded to play a full season. Likes coming round the wicket to right handers and can occasionally bowl quite quickly.

BATTING: Can hit it as far as Potter. Dangerous if he gets in.

BOWLING: Economical and consistent wicket taker. Rarely allows batsmen to gain the upper hand. A crucial member of the league attack.

BATTING: More red ink than a fifty pound note. Likes batting at about seven or eight to ensure this is the case. Good enough to bat higher if required.

Known as Wardy, Looks like Bambi on ice when fielding!!!! batting, not a stroke maker but hard to get out. bowling, stump to stump medium pace.

Nickname: Daniel Craig, 007, Dr No Runs, Licence to thrill, Man With the Golden Duck !! Just Returned From The Shortest Retirement In Cricket History!! Batting: After a mixed seasson again with the bat really looking forward to stepping up a gear now and prove what i can do! Bowling: Enjoyed more bowling than usual last year, hope to become a player the skipper can turn to at the death!! Fielding: Would play in the covers all day everyday!! BATTING: Usually plays pretty straight and has a decent defence. Can bat anywhere. Ex Enfield CC.

FIELDING: Quick and agile outfielder and reliable behind the stumps. Prone to sledging his own players rather than the opposotion. Always gives 100%.
