Match report Asps produced a great display of cricket to win at Cloghams.Great opening spells from Potter and Thompson put the hosts under early pressure.Lindsay and Strange carried on the good work,with Lindsay making their best bat play a poor shot straight to Bert.Robbo came on at the end and did'nt let down.Thompson finishing with 5 wickets,Lindsay 2 Strange and Robbo 1 apiece.
In reply Asps always looked in control,Thompson 18,Potter 26 and Edwards 23 all supported Groom who's good form continued with a knock of 44.It left Strange and Clifton to knock off the lsat 5 runs.The win cementing a top 5 finish for Asps with 2 games to go.
