Match report A dire batting perfomance from ASP led to a massive 127 run defeat on Sunday in their first North Herts League game of the season. Codicote won the toss and decided to bat, they lost a couple of quick wickets to Miles Thompson before Hussain played a magnificent innings of 112 and with support from Hutley and Smith pushed Codicote up to 231 all out, with Thompson taking 4-27 and Strange 2-30. In reply ASP lost Booth in the first over and with only Simon Groom(26) and Alex Cassels(16*) really looking comfortable as ASP slumped to 104 all out
